LYNX 116 is a traditional bungalow with a rectangular layout, offering a practical and comfortable living space. The house includes a living room connected to the kitchen, two children's bedrooms, a master bedroom, and other essential features.

The design allows direct access to the terrace from the living room, master bedroom, and one of the children's rooms. It offers two roof options: a classic gable or a hip roof.

Additionally, four terrace sizes are available to adapt to various plot layouts.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION
PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project is designed in three construction variants: traditional masonry, timber frame, and CLT (cross-laminated timber). Each variant also offers two facade solutions — a contact thermal insulation system and a ventilated cladding system — allowing for flexibility in aesthetic and functional design.

ENERGY SYSTEM & EFFICIENCY

To support energy efficiency, the project includes a heat recovery ventilation system and a dedicated technical room. This space accommodates core mechanical systems and allows for battery storage connected to the photovoltaic system, enhancing energy independence and sustainability.
