The COFFEE SHOP 55 / 102 project is a detailed BIM-based plan for a modern coffee shop. It features a 55 m² interior and a fully covered 47 m² outdoor terrace, totaling 102 m². The design includes two separate restrooms and a compact storage area conveniently located next to the service counter.
There are three construction options available for the project: brick masonry, timber frame, and CLT panels. This flexibility allows for different approaches based on material preferences and environmental impact.
The project is equipped with all necessary technologies and also provides the option to install photovoltaic panels on the roof, supporting energy efficiency and sustainability.
Overall, the design combines functionality, sustainability, and high detail, offering a versatile and modern solution for a coffee shop.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION
To meet energy efficiency standards, the project incorporates a recuperation system. A separate technical room is also included, with space for battery storage from the photovoltaic system.

The floor plan includes an indoor seating area for approximately 15 customers, two restrooms, and a small storage area near the service counter .
The layout ensures efficient use of space for staff and patrons.
