Effective date: January 1, 2024
This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between you ("Affiliate") and THE s.r.o., Brněnská Pole 1876/18, 664 51 Šlapanice, Czech Republic, VAT: CZ06626084 (“Company”), regarding participation in our affiliate program.
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Program Overview
As an Affiliate, you are authorized to promote and refer customers to our eShop offering digital home design projects. You can promote using:
- Unique affiliate links
- Custom discount promo codes (up to 15% off for your audience, available to selected influencers)
In return, you will earn a 25% commission on every referred sale.
2. Commission Structure
All affiliate partners earn a flat 25% commission on every sale, regardless of volume or performance.
Note:
All commissions are calculated from the discounted price (after your promo code is applied).
Example: If a product is priced at €100 and the customer uses a 15% promo code, your commission is calculated from €85.
3. Payout Terms
- Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal.
- A minimum of €50 in earned commission is required to trigger a payout. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.
- Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with any tax and legal obligations in their country of residence.
4. Prohibited Activities
To ensure a fair and transparent affiliate environment, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
- Misleading or deceptive promotions
- Creating fake accounts or generating artificial traffic
- Running paid advertisements using our brand or trademarks without written approval
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination can occur at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination:
- Valid commissions for approved sales made before termination will be paid.
- Your issued promo codes will remain active for 30 days from the first customer use.
Campaign performance will be reviewed every 30 days to ensure continued alignment with program goals and affiliate engagement.
6. Affiliate Dashboard
We provide full transparency via your personal affiliate dashboard, which includes:
- Real-time performance tracking
- Sales and conversion statistics
- Commission and payout overview
This allows you to monitor your progress and optimize your promotional efforts effectively.
