CRICETA 60 is a L shaped TINY HOUSE with a rectangular layout, offering a practical and comfortable living space. The house includes a living room connected to the kitchen, two children's bedrooms, a master bedroom, and other essential features.

The design allows direct access to the terrace from the living room, master bedroom, and one of the children's rooms. It offers two roof options: a classic gable or a hip roof.

Additionally, four terrace sizes are available to adapt to various plot layouts.
