Variants A1 and A2 share the same construction system but differ in internal arrangement – LAYOUT 1 or LAYOUT 2, both shown on the project page.
C1 / C2 – CLT (CROSS-LAMINATED TIMBER)
Modern construction using cross-laminated timber panels for walls, floors, and roofs, with some structural parts possibly made of concrete (prefabricated or monolithic). CLT provides high structural strength, great insulation, and design flexibility. Variants C1 and C2 share the same construction system but differ in internal arrangement – LAYOUT 1 or LAYOUT 2, both shown on the project page.
TECHNOLOGY (H VARIANTS)
