Product information
A – BASIC (BRICK)

This is the classic building variant with solid brick walls, a ceiling that can come in multiple options depending on your preference, and a wooden roof structure. It represents a traditional and proven construction method offering good thermal mass and durability.

B1 – TIMBER FRAME (CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS)

This option uses timber frame technology as the main structural system combined with concrete foundations. Timber frames are known for their speed of construction, excellent insulation properties, and sustainability. It’s ideal for clients who prefer lightweight, environmentally friendly structures without compromising strength.

B2 – TIMBER FRAME (SCREW PILE FOUNDATIONS)

This variant uses timber frame technology with screw pile foundations (vruty). It offers all the advantages of timber frame construction while enabling fast, low-impact installation of the foundations, making it suitable for areas with challenging soil conditions or where minimal excavation is preferred.

C – CLT (CROSS - LAMINATED TIMBER)

The CLT variant features cross-laminated timber panels for walls, floors, and roofs. CLT provides high structural performance with great design flexibility and superior insulation. It’s an innovative, modern construction method popular in contemporary architecture.

FACADES

For the facade, two variants are always available:

  • Contact insulation system (ETICS)
  • Ventilated facade system

This allows you to tailor the building envelope to your local climate and aesthetic preferences.

TECHNOLOGY

Our projects include options for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and solar systems designed to perform optimally in different climate conditions:

  • H1 : technology designed for extreme cold climates down to -25°C
  • H2 : systems suitable for colder climates down to -10°C
  • H3 : technology adapted for milder climates down to +5°C

Choosing the right technology package ensures energy efficiency, comfort, and system longevity.

M – FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT

This variant covers interior furniture and equipment included in the project. It allows clients to plan and visualize not only the building structure but also the interior layout and furnishing, making the project more comprehensive and ready for implementation.

Visualizing Your Choice with GLB Models
To help you better understand each variant and what exactly is included in your chosen project, we provide interactive 3D GLB models. These models allow you to explore the structure, technologies, and furniture virtually from every angle, giving you complete confidence in your selection before proceeding.
