MY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

1.100,00 CZK
Tax included.
Tokens: 1000

Tokens for the LEVA assistant -- the construction manager that already reads your Bill of Quantities. Ask what an assembly costs, why a number moved, or which supplier is nearest, and get an answer from your own budget with the merchant and the date behind it. Attach a photo from site or a quote you were sent, and it stays with the project. It also keeps your daily log, so the record of the build writes itself while you work. One pack is 1000 tokens and they do not expire.

  • Answer in chat, read from your live budget 6
  • Full budget analysis -- where the money sits, what changes if you swap an assembly 25
  • Daily log entry written for you -- weather, crew, deliveries and delays, ready to confirm 5
  • Suppliers and trades near the build, grouped by profession 12
  • Site photo read, tagged and filed against the item 1
  • Document read -- a quote, a spec sheet, a permit; up to 5 pages 2
  • Real product pinned to a catalog item, price and part number included 1
  • Live price lookup when the catalog one is not enough 1
  • Price watch on one item, you set the threshold 1 / month
  • Daily log exported as a PDF, any period, as often as you like free
  • Catalog prices, refreshed weekly across seven markets, with merchant and date free
  • 500 MB of storage per project for photos and documents free

The daily log, kept for you

Every build needs a record of what happened, and nobody wants to write it. The assistant drafts each day from what already went through it -- the weather at your site, the photos you took, the deliveries you filed, the delays you raised -- and you confirm it or correct it in a few taps. A day costs 5 tokens, less than a fifth of what a signed-in user gets free every morning, so keeping it up daily costs nothing at all.

Export is free, always. You will most likely need the log on the day something has gone wrong -- a claim, a dispute, an insurer asking questions -- and that is the worst possible moment to be told you are out of tokens.

What stays, and for how long

Photos and documents live with the project, not with your session -- they are still there when you come back, in the same place in the conversation. Uploading costs nothing; only reading a photo or a document is charged, and only when you ask for it.

What a document says is kept for good, because that is the part you will need years later. The original file is cleared after five years of no activity on the project, and you get a month's notice with one click to keep it. Nothing is ever deleted because a balance ran out.

Every day, on the house

Signed-in users get 30 tokens a day, about five questions. It refills every morning and a pack is only drawn on once the daily allowance runs out -- the bar above the message box shows both, so you always know which one you are spending.

1000 tokens is roughly 165 questions, 200 days of log entries, or 40 budget analyses. Buying a plan comes with tokens included.
