BUDGETING INFORMATIONS FILLED BY BUILDER in
x / execution variant
MANDATORY
TIME DURATION
Specifies the time required to complete one unit (hh:mm or mm:ss). The system then calculates the total duration using the BOQ amount. Ensures accurate and consistent time tracking across all project tasks.
OPTIONAL
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Optional entry for any extra execution-related expenses in USD, with a short explanation of what the cost covers. Useful for materials, rentals, or services not included in the BOQ.
MANDATORY
WORKERS
Indicates how many workers are needed simultaneously. The system calculates total man-minutes as unit duration × workers. Helps determine labor intensity and required crew size for each task.
OPTIONAL
TIMELINE
Optional specification of the ideal project day for carrying out the task (Day 1 = project start). Helps clarify sequencing, dependencies, and overall build logic.
MANDATORY
NOTES
Multiline description of the method, tools, materials, and key assumptions. Required for marking a task as complete. Provides clear, practical instructions for consistent execution.
OPTIONAL
VIDEO TUTORIAL
Optional YouTube link with an optional timestamp. The interface displays a preview so the viewer can watch the embedded tutorial directly. Supports visual guidance for more complex steps.
MANDATORY
DIFFICULTY
Difficulty rating (1–5) indicating the skill level and complexity of the task. Required for completion. Helps users quickly understand whether a step is beginner-friendly or advanced.

Your income breakdown made simple
Earning potential in one clear calculation
A transparent overview of how creators earn on LEVA. This model combines multiple income streams — YouTube views, your premium execution insights, base project revenue, and affiliate commissions when your audience purchases additional projects. One project can generate income from several parallel sources.
CALCULATION EXAMPLE
Estimate total : $57,000
YouTube
With 100,000 YouTube views, a typical long-form build video earns $1,000–$2,000, depending on audience geography, RPM, and overall watchtime. It also continuously sends new viewers to your LEVA project.
Base Variant
If your base project is priced at $120, your creator share is 30%, meaning 200 sales generate $7,200 in revenue. The standard version builds trust and drives users toward the premium upgrade.
X variant
Each premium purchase includes both the base project and the upgrade. With 85 Execution Budget items, you earn $36 + $68 = $104 per sale. At 400 sales, this gives you $41,600 in creator revenue.
Affiliate
Your affiliate link keeps earning in the background. If your audience buys other creators’ projects worth $65,000, you receive 10% — adding an additional $6,500 to your total revenue.

Step by step guideline
A simple, structured process that turns your real build into a high-performing digital product. By following each step — selecting your project, adding execution insights, publishing a full build video, and promoting your link — you maximize reach, engagement, and overall results.
We prepare the digital version
Select one of your real builds and LEVA will turn it into a complete digital project — including BIM model, BOQ, 3D/AR previews, and documentation. Most projects can be created together with you for free, so you can start earning without any upfront cost.
Youtube video tutorial
Your full build video becomes the engine of the entire system. Because construction content has naturally high watchtime, YouTube rewards it with strong RPM and steady long-term visibility.
Add your real-life know-how
Fill in installation times, workflows, difficulty, tools, and notes directly on the project page using a clean and simple UI. LEVA converts your expertise into a structured premium upgrade with high perceived value and strong conversion potential.
Boost your project reach
Share your project link across your channels and let the LEVA ecosystem work for you. Users exploring projects from other creators can discover yours too, creating a multiplying effect that increases downloads, visibility, and premium conversions over time.
Enjoy money or multiply it
Whether you use your earnings to treat yourself or reinvest them into even bigger builds, the choice is yours. Many creators use their first project to fund new ideas — scaling their income by producing more digital projects with LEVA.

A – BRICK (CLASSIC MASONRY)
Solid brick construction with high thermal mass, excellent acoustic performance, and long-term durability. This traditional system features load-bearing masonry walls, a selectable ceiling structure, and a timber roof. A timeless and proven method suitable for a wide range of environments.
B – TIMBER FRAME
Lightweight wood-frame system designed for precision, fast construction, and sustainability. Offers high insulation performance, reduced material consumption, and excellent suitability for modern energy-efficient homes.
C – CLT (CROSS-LAMINATED TIMBER)
Mass-timber system using CLT panels for walls, floors, and roof. Provides outstanding structural stability, architectural flexibility, and a warm natural interior finish. Ideal for contemporary and eco-conscious construction.
D – TIMBER FRAME (ALTERNATIVE FOUNDATIONS)
Lightweight timber-frame system designed for precision, fast installation, and sustainability. Built on simplified foundations — concrete footing pads or screw piles — allowing minimal excavation, lower environmental impact, and excellent adaptability to uneven or sensitive terrain.
E – CLT (ALTERNATIVE FOUNDATIONS)
CLT-based mass-timber system adapted for simplified foundation types such as concrete footing pads or screw piles. Combines the robustness and architectural quality of CLT with rapid installation, minimal site disturbance, and suitability for challenging or irregular terrain.
H – TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE
A set of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and solar components forming the project’s integrated technical infrastructure. The exact scope of included systems varies by project — always check the specific project description to verify which components are part of this variant. The specific climate parameters and temperature range for which the system is designed are also defined individually in each project description.
x – EXECUTION BUDGET (EXTENDED VARIANT)
A lowercase x added to any variant (e.g., Bx, Dx, Ex) indicates an extended execution budget — an expanded package created by the author who has built the project in real life from start to finish.
Each item includes:
- Mandatory fields: Time Duration, Workers, Difficulty, Notes
- Optional fields: Timeline, Video Tutorial, Additional Costs
The price of the x variant is increased by 1 USD for every item in the budget that contains at least the mandatory fields.
Example: If the budget contains 85 items and 60 items have all mandatory parameters filled in, the x variant is priced 60 USD higher.
FACADES
Each structural variant offers two façade options:
- ETICS (contact insulation system)
- Ventilated façade system
M – FURNITURE & INTERIOR PACKAGE
Optional upgrade including interior furniture, built-ins, and equipment to complete the full spatial layout and interior design.
3D INTERACTIVE MODELS (GLB)
All variants include interactive 3D GLB models. Explore structure, layers, technologies, and interiors from any angle — providing a clear and intuitive understanding before construction begins.
