1 CONCRETE SLAB FOUNDATION

A continuous reinforced concrete slab distributing load evenly across the entire building footprint. The ideal solution for light to medium-weight structures on flat ground.

Suitable for:

• Tiny Houses
• Garden Structures (sheds, gazebos, summer houses)
• Saunas
• Pool Houses (technical equipment rooms)
• Garages (single, light double)
• Workshops (up to 50 m² / 540 sq ft)
• Greenhouses & Orangeries
• Carports with solid base

Less suitable for: Sloping plots, waterlogged or weak subsoil, structures requiring a basement, heavy multi-storey buildings.

2 STRIP FOUNDATION

Classic strip foundation — concrete strips running beneath all load-bearing walls, topped with a reinforced slab. The traditional choice for masonry structures with proven long-term performance.

Suitable for:

• Family Houses (bungalows, single-storey homes)
• Holiday Homes (cottages, cabins)
• Larger Garden Structures (masonry sheds)
• Garages (double, with basement)
• Workshops (masonry)
• Small Commercial Buildings
• Pool Technical Rooms

Less suitable for: Very soft subsoils (clay, peat), plots with high groundwater table without proper insulation, temporary structures.

3 CONCRETE PIERS

Individual reinforced concrete pads placed at regular intervals beneath load-bearing points. An economical solution for structures with a load-bearing floor frame raised above ground.

Suitable for:

• Tiny Houses (with raised floor joists)
• Garden Structures (pergolas, gazebos, canopies)
• Carports
• Decks & Terraces (raised above grade)
• Elevated Cabins (on sloping terrain)
• Sheds & Storage Buildings
• Greenhouses (light, seasonal)

Less suitable for: Heavy masonry structures, buildings requiring a continuous slab on grade, waterlogged plots.

4 PRECAST CONCRETE PIER BLOCKS

Ready-made concrete blocks with an integrated anchor system. Quick installation without formwork or wet concrete — set, level, anchor, done.

Suitable for:

• Garden Structures (fast assembly)
• Garden Sheds (6–20 m² / 65–215 sq ft)
• Decks & Terraces
• Pergolas & Gazebos
• Carports (simple structures)
• Tiny Houses (mobile, up to 30 m² / 320 sq ft)

Less suitable for: Permanent heavy structures, regions with deep frost penetration (unless installed below frost line), locations with high lateral loads (strong wind exposure without supplementary anchoring).

5 GROUND SCREWS

Helical steel piles driven directly into the ground using hydraulic equipment. Zero concrete, no excavation, ready in hours — the most modern foundation system for light structures.

Less suitable for: Rocky subsoil (cannot be drilled), heavy masonry structures, sites with high soil aggressivity without additional corrosion protection.
