FENCES
🧱 Fence System Overview
- LEVA FENCES provide a structured system for detailed fence budgeting based on real construction assemblies rather than simplified linear estimates.
- Instead of treating fencing as one generic item, the system breaks it down into standardized buildable units that reflect how fences are installed on site.
- Available construction categories include Concrete & Masonry, Gabion, and Steel & Metal fence systems.
📐 Unit-Based Calculation Logic
- Each selectable variant represents one construction unit used for quantity takeoff and cost calculation.
- A unit can consist of a post with one fence span (single field between posts, without the following post) or a standalone post as a separate budgeting element.
- Users create the full fence layout by multiplying these units according to the real project geometry, fence length, and structural layout.
- This method enables precise scaling of materials, foundations, structural elements, and installation scope.
🧩 Variant Structure and Configuration
- Every fence system is available in multiple predefined structural variants.
- Variant codes (such as P1, P2, R, etc.) represent different construction compositions and technical assemblies.
- Detailed definitions of each variant are documented in the Variants Guide.
- During budgeting, users simply select the appropriate unit type and quantity, while LEVA automatically applies the correct internal construction logic behind each selected variant.
